While we make every reasonable effort to remove stains using professional cleaning methods, stain removal is not guaranteed. Some stains may be permanent due to fabric type, age of the stain, or prior treatment.
Customers are responsible for checking all pockets prior to service. We are not liable for damage caused by items left in pockets or for the loss of personal items.
Customers are responsible for ensuring garments have accurate care labels. We are not responsible for damage resulting from missing, incorrect, or unclear care instructions. We are also not responsible for pre-existing damage, including weakened fabric, color bleeding, shrinkage, loose buttons, broken zippers, or embellishments.
While we strive to meet stated turnaround times, delivery schedules are estimates and may be affected by weather, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Any claims for lost or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Our liability, if any, is limited to the cost of the service or a reasonable replacement value, at our discretion.
Items not claimed within 30 days may be considered abandoned and may be donated or discarded.

We reserve the right to refuse service for items that are excessively soiled, contaminated, or pose a health or safety risk.
